Capturing the Spirit of Black History Month at Chaplain Charles Watters Elementary School

We're thrilled to share a glimpse of the vibrant Black History Month assembly that took place at Chaplain Charles Watters Elementary School on February 29th. The event served as a culminating celebration, showcasing the incredible talents of our students  and their contributions  throughout the month.

The students shared their knowledge as they  took the stage with powerful snd captivating skits, energetic song and dance presentations, and speech recitations by our oratorical contest winners.   The assembly was a dynamic display of creativity and cultural appreciation that left a lasting impact.

The attached pictures capture the essence of this memorable event, reflecting the school’s commitment  to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. We believe these moments are a testament to the significance of celebrating Black history and culture in our community during BLACK HISTORY MONTH and EVERY DAY.
